Mermaids` Makings

Siil- Hedgehog

We had a friend over today and whilst we were having a nice cup of blackcurrant tea, a postman  came and dropped a telephone catalogue through the letterbox. We don`t use the telephone catalogues so they go straight into the recycling bin.. but not this time! My friend suggested that we could make a hedgehog out if it! So we started folding the pages straight away! I did the first half and she did the other half. We just folded every single page (over 200 of them) into the middle.

My daughter drew some eyes and glued them with a  lovely pink pom pom nose onto the hedgehog.

And here she is- Meet Minnie!

So next time when we need a Moving House Present– we will make this one :)
