Plastic Bottle Reindeer
A few weeks ago I found a wonderful!!!! site about making extraordinary projects from ordinary objects. Have a look at LooleDo! I absolutely love these projects and would like to try to make THEM ALL!!!
Anyway.. as it is Christmas time and we had just made our loo roll Father Christmas, we decided he needed a sleigh and a reindeer. This plastic bottle reindeer sounded a very good idea.
We cellotaped drinking straws to the plastic bottle and covered everything in pva glue (using mixture of half glue and half water). Then I cut out our reindeer`s antlers and ears form the cardboard and attached to the body. For the eyes we used scrunched paper balls.. and the nice red nose is a bottle lid.. covered in tissue paper and painted red. Annabel decorated the reindeer with stickers and I added some extra details with black marker.
For the sleigh we used a juice carton and cardboard.
Our reindeer joined the Winter Wonderland at lilla a :) Go over to see other wonderful projects!
